With the new e-medic™ Silence XS-M Mini-PC, we have developed another fanless mini-computer for low-maintenance, long-term use in medical environments.

Small and powerful:

Despite its very compact dimensions (134 x 108 x 55 mm), the Silence XS-M stands out as an especially robust medical PC system. It is one of the smallest mini-computers for medical applications. The case still provides enough space for the powerful Intel® 8th Gen i5 8365UE processor.

High performance in a small space – designed for medical technology applications:

The solid aluminum profile housing reliably protects against mechanical stress. Tight tolerances and special seals make the case fully dustproof according to IP60. The entire electronics inside the mini-PC are mounted on a single board. There are no cables or unsecured connections that could loosen due to vibration. A heat pipe cooling system is directly attached to the black anodized full-aluminum heat sink profile case. Mounting options include DIN rail, wall mount, 19-inch rack mount, and optionally VESA mount.
