For a powerful home network with Wi-Fi 6 on a fiber optic, cable or DSL modem, the FRITZ!Box 4060 is a tri-band WLAN router with 4 x 4 Wi-Fi 6 (WLAN AX) features including multi-user MIMO (MU-MIMO) and WiFi mesh function. The new flagship model of the 40 series is the first to have a DECT base station with DECT ULE, which enables telephony and smart home functions. Furthermore, a 2.5 Gbit/s WAN port ensures a very fast Internet connection on a cable or fiber optic modem, for example. The WAN port can also be used as an additional 2.5 Gbps LAN port if required. With three Gigabit Ethernet ports, computers or network-capable devices can be integrated into the home network at gigabit speeds. In addition, a VoIP telephone system and a NAS with a fast USB 3.0 port are integrated into the FRITZ!Box 4060.
