The VP2420 is a presentation switch with 4 HDMI inputs and 2 HDMI outputs and can display video content in full screen mode, PiP, PbP and triple/quad multi-view. With selectable display mode (matrix/mirror) and layout mode (auto/manual) and the ability to seamlessly switch* between multiple sources, the VP2420 provides a dynamic viewing experience in any conference environment. In addition to supporting 4096 × 2160/3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz (4:4:4), the device also features a built-in True 4K scaler, ensuring crisp and detailed image quality. Thanks to the audio embedding and de-embedding functions, users can adapt suitable audio/video combinations to different environments.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the VP2420 offers versatile control options, including front-panel push buttons, RS-232, IR, Telnet, Web GUI, and the ATEN Video Presentation Control mobile app, which allows multimedia signals to be easily managed and integrated into a collaborative event. Up to 4 VP2420 units can be cascaded to display up to 16 HDMI signals simultaneously on a single screen, increasing the number of video sources. Rack mounting is supported for flexible installation. With a range of features in a compact all-metal housing that increases durability, the VP2420 is the perfect solution for smooth presentation flow and seamless transitions in all educational or commercial conference applications.
Note: This feature is only available on screen A and applies to switching individual ports. Switching the multi-view layout is not applicable.
