This product is an ESP32 module with a 4-line OLED display. The module is delivered with a default software code. In order for this product/display to work according to your wishes, it must be loaded with individual software/Arduino code via a micro-USB cable. Depending on which finished ESP32 Arduino examples you use from the Internet or somewhere, the appropriate libraries may need to be downloaded so that the Arduino software can compile them for flashing on the module.
Flash settings with Arduino SoftwareESPDEV 32 921600 Baud Parity: None 80MhZ/32MB After the software has finally been compiled and installed, the display only requires a 5V micro-USB power supply and access to a WIFI access point for operation. The display then connects to the Internet or local network via the AP, depending on which software you flashed beforehand.
