ALLNET Brick'R'knowledge p-MOS SPD18P06P
P-MOS transistor with series transistor BC 817. The series transistor allows the
control with 0-5V PWM or ON / OFF signal
to be controlled directly with the motion detector. P-MOS transistor performance data: maximum 60V 18A. Can
be operated in the brick system with a maximum of 12A (contacts max. 6A per contact). Please note that the cooling surface in the brick
is small, protect against thermal overload.
