ALLNET Brick'R'knowledge Transistor p-MOS IFR4905
P-MOS transistor with series transistor BC 817.
The series transistor allows control with a 0-5V PWM or ON / OFF signal directly from the Bluetooth, Arduino or Banana Brick. P-MOS transistor performance data max. 50V 75A. Can be operated in the brick system with a maximum of 12A (contacts max 6A per contact). Please note that the cooling surface in the brick is small, protect against thermal overload.
