Scope of services: enables the use of the AGFEO Klick CTI functions with third-party software (without TAPI). When a call comes in, the AGFEO click symbol appears, allowing the customer data to appear directly on the screen before the call is accepted. Further requirement for use: Third-party software with special adaptations to the AGFEO Klick. Multiple connections possible. License also unlocks all features of the ES interface client package.
