Scope of services: enables the use of the AGFEO Klick CTI functions with third-party software (without TAPI). When a call is received, the AGFEO Klick symbol appears, which allows the customer data to be displayed directly on the screen before the call is accepted. Additional requirements for use: third-party software with special adaptations to the AGFEO Klick. Multiple connections possible. License also enables all functions of the ES interface client package.
