Simply place the sensor where water could leak, for example under the sink, the washing machine or even in the basement. As soon as leaking water is detected, you will receive a notification so that you can take immediate action. Notification can be done via the SmartThings app and via compatible smart signaling devices such as sirens and lights.
Thanks to its slim and compact design, the Aeotec Water Leak Sensor can be optimally placed in niches and crevices to detect leaking water as early as possible.
Important: In order to use all functions, you also need an Aeotec Smart Home Hub or other Zigbee hub.
