The wireless opening detector is a component of the Secvest 2WAY and is also suitable for the Terxon with a wireless extension module. Unauthorized opening of doors and windows is detected by a magnetic contact and reported to the wireless alarm control panel. The optimal installation location for the wireless opening detector is in the middle of your door or window frame. It can also be installed on the lower window frame if the window is to be tilted with the magnetic contact secured. The wireless opening detector consists of a detector and a magnet. These are installed parallel to each other - at a distance of between 3 and 10 mm. The detector is triggered as soon as this distance increases. The wireless opening detector for the Secvest 2WAY is available in elegant white (FU8320W / FU8321W) and brown (FU8320B / FU8321B). When wired connection of additional zones, you can choose between NC wiring (FU8320B / FU8320W) and DEOL wiring (FU8321B / FU8321W). For the latter, the following are included in the scope of delivery: a line resistor (2k2) and an alarm resistor (4k7). You can connect the additional detection zone to a passive glass break detector, for example. This not only protects the window from unauthorized opening, but also alerts you if the glass breaks. Additional settings, such as deactivating the LED or using the detector as a pure radio module, are possible with jumpers.
