If the window is opened when the alarm system is armed, a direct message is sent to the Secvest wireless alarm system. The current status of the window (open or closed) is constantly transmitted wirelessly to the alarm center, where the status display provides information about the respective opening status. The window is only considered closed in the system if it has been locked - this ensures reliable alarm in the event of a break-in and minimizes the risk of false alarms.
