The wireless vibration detector is a component of the Secvest wireless alarm system and is also suitable for the Terxon with a wireless extension module. The detector reacts to vibrations that typically occur during attempted break-ins (hammering, drilling, sawing, prying). These vibrations are detected and reported to the wireless alarm control center. The wireless vibration detector records the vibrations of the surface on which it is mounted. The optimal place to use the wireless vibration detector is therefore objects that should not be moved (safes, valuable objects) or broken through (wooden doors, glass walls, plaster walls). With the wireless vibration detector, you can choose between different sensitivity levels using a jumper and a potentiometer. You can also set whether the detector triggers an alarm at the first vibration or only after several vibrations. With the appropriate batteries (3V lithium), the wireless vibration detector has a service life of 24 months or more.
