The feed terminals are single-pole. When combining several terminals next to each other, e.g. in multi-phase networks or in DC applications, the rules of insulation coordination (e.g. clearance and creepage distances) must be observed and complied with. To ensure contact protection, the pin length of the connection terminal must not be greater than the maximum insertion depth of the device terminal. Regardless of the nominal current of the connection terminals, the maximum current carrying capacity of the device terminal (e.g. of the circuit breaker) must not be exceeded.
