Residual current circuit breakers (RCBOs) offer protection for people and property, as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating currents with a smooth DC residual current component of up to 6 mA to earth. As well as fault protection (protection against indirect contact), additional protection and fire protection. They meet the product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20), IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21).
Areas of application are household, commercial and industrial applications. The compact design of the DS301C residual current circuit breaker is ideal for use in power distribution systems where space is limited. The series has a 30 mA residual current and a B or C tripping characteristic.
Rated switching capacity according to IEC/EN 61009 Icn = 6 kA.
RCBO DS301C A Type A is 1-pole protected (LS), 2-pole switching.
