The CMS current sensors are part of the ABB energy monitoring InSite with the control units SCU100 and SCU200. The sensors measure TRMS, AC and DC currents (instantaneous, min/max and hold values) and transmit these values to the InSite control unit via a 4-pin ribbon cable.
The universally applicable sensors for mounting on the top hat rail enable use regardless of the make of the protective or switching device in the final circuit. The open core sensors are ideal for retrofitting in existing systems and enable installation without switching off the system.
