The 1181 EMC copper shielding tape is a copper foil with conductive acrylic adhesive. Its excellent corrosion resistance and very good punchability significantly expand its areas of application. With an electrical resistance of five milliohms, the copper foil, which is only 0.066 millimeters thick, has good conductivity and can be used for grounding and dissipating electrostatic charges in addition to EMC applications. The adhesive tape is flame-retardant according to UL 510 and its adhesive is resistant to solvents, which enables long-term functionality.
